- Managed the construction of the Vista Ridge Golf Club. Improvements included
18-hole championship golf course, 11,000sf club house, reservoirs, wetland areas
and streams.
- Managed entitlements of more than 1,200 residential lots.
- Participated in major political campaign for project referendum and negotiated
with adjacent property owners for project support.
- Community hosted the Homebuilders Association of Metro Denver 2004 Parade
of Homes (more than 85,000 attendees).
- Formed the Vista Ridge Metropolitan District. Managed $43,000,000 of
Metropolitan district funding and construction of improvements.
- Formed Vista Ridge Homeowners Association. Managed the planning
construction of 7,000 square foot community center, pool and tennis facility and a
second pool facility.
- Negotiated the surface use agreements with mineral rights owners that included
the relocation facilities and abandonment of 11 well sites.
- Coordinated with St. Vrain Valley School District on site location and
infrastructure for Black Rock Elementary School (Opening Fall 2008).
- Managed marketing campaign for homebuilders within Vista Ridge.
- Managed 28 different pad site sales with 6 different builders.
- Managed cleanup of abandoned gun range with the Colorado Department of
Public Health and Environment.
- Managed custom lot sales program.
